High Plain Elementary PTO is a Parent Teacher Organization for a public elementary school serving 500+ students grades K-5 located in Andover, Massachusetts. The purpose of this organization is to promote the quality of education offered to the students, to enrich the education and social experiences of the school staff, students, and parents. to foster co-operation and mutual assistance between staff, parents and the local community, and to provide information and assistance as is necessary.
